Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Sub-Contractor with a brandable vehicle, valid driver's license, and basic tools to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing various basic home repairs, ranging from basement to roof repairs. As a Sub-Contractor, you will be responsible for executing repair tasks efficiently and to a high standard. This is an entry-level opportunity, offering a salary between $50,000 and $75,000, depending on experience and proficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of basic home repair tasks, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, flooring, and roofing.

• Assess repair needs and provide cost estimates to clients or project managers.

• Carry out repairs efficiently and in accordance with established safety guidelines and industry standards.
